anyway as titled, what settings would be the best?
VRAM is a bit low, so i'm not sure what's the best

Assuming it will even play on that card, let the game set itslf automatically... thats the best you will get...

I'm not sure why everytime when I set it to a smaller resolution, even when I set it to full screen, it doesnt.

I just set it to low... I should get a new card for it :p

I tried to set it to auto, but it gives me motion blur, which I don't like.

forget auto it always want high or ultra doesnt work.

 

set to medium all will be well in your world and also turn off motion blur and also AA set to 4 max and Vsync turn off and you will have or shouldnt have issues with that setting.

 

using custom settings is best if im honest

With that card he MAY get low setting at best... nothing higher unless he buys a new card...
