Just Cause 2 Crash on Startup

Hello. I've been having a problem with Just Cause 2. I can't seem to start it up without it black screening and giving me the "JustCause2.exe" error. I cant even get to the loading screen. Any help? My specs are: i7 950 @ 3.07GHz
2x GTX 460 Slightly overclocked (FPB from eVGA)
8GB DDR3 RAM

Any help? >:/

First undo the overclock and try then if not try their forum...

Thanks for the suggestion, but for some reason, I click it.. it works.. You bet I was staring at my computer in curiosity after that.

What is the entire error message that pops up after you try to launch the game?

Yeah.. it started the crashing spree again. Anyway, the error message is just "JustCause2.exe has stopped working". Just the plain old generic error message.

Tried re-installing the game?
Also, did you try running the game as administrator, or did you try compatibility mode?

Mhm. Tried all of the above. No luck. Like I said, it worked for maybe a couple hours. Then after I closed it down to go to bed, it didn't work in the morning. Weird thing is is that I leave my computer on over night, so none of the settings could have changed.
