Disk Cleanup Manager Error

I have a Sony Vaio and since yesterday, when i try and run Disk Cleanup, I
encounter the error report.
Error:
Faulting application cleanmgr.exe, version 6.0.2600.0, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x10001d49


Please help me, I need it ASAP.

This may come from software running in the background. See "How to
