Dead Space 2 on Origin

So i bought 3 of my friends Dead Space 2 on amazon, because it was on sale, and then gave them the keys.
They were able to successfully redeem them on origin, but when they launch the game and put in their key, it says that key is invalid.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Apparently yes. Where you bought the game is where you make the complain

and then I got 3 emails from amazon saying there were issues activating the product keys, so they gave me three more.
hopefully they'll work this time
