Testing a PS out of the case

I've got an ATX power supply that I want to test out of the case. Pin 14 is listed as PS-ON. I figure I have to put a jumper between pin 14 and another pin (+5, +12, ground, etc.) to turn the PS on. The question is: where do I connect the other end of the jumper? Do I ground it or what?

Just ground it, any of the black wires will do.
