SWTOR Hardware Upgrade

Hey, I've recently bought SWTOR have been running into serious performance issues(getting around 10-25 FPS on low settings with shadows off, and <10 in warzones/main city). I'm wondering what good price-to-performance budget parts I could buy to upgrade my PC and what piece of hardware I should prioritize first. Here are my PC specs:

Radeon HD 4870 512mb (running on 1600x900 resolution)
AMD Phenom X3 8750 BE CPU 2.4GHz
ASUS M4A785-M motherboard
4GB DDR2 RAM
Windows 7 64Bit

I would upgrade ram to 8gb, it's cheap and I often go over 4gb usage while playing SWTOR.

Try OC'ing your cpu. You should be able to get 2.8+ without much trouble.

While looking to save money, try to OC. Frankly, I'm not even sure what is the bottleneck in your system CPU or GPU (cause frankly that GPU should still be pretty darn good)

check your temperatures, you might be having performance issues due to overheating of components
