i build a pc.i finish everything.i put the poer on to set the bios but the monitor dont go on.i try 2 diferent monitos.same problem.anybody can help me;

Are you using on-board video, or a PCI video card, or a AGP video card?

Try re-installing the video card, physically take it out, and put it back in.

Try disconnecting the drives.
