GTA 4 Playing???

Can I play GTA 4 on this PC on 1280x1024 res and what detail can I expect:
AMD Athlon II X4 630 (2.80 GHz)
4 GB DDR 2 (only use 3 GB because 32 bit Windows 7)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4850 PowerColor 1 GB, 256 bit
I played Skyrim (MAX OUT) a very long time and now wait for DLC. Now what do you think about GTA 4?

yes of course you can on medium high setting.

You can play the game, but don't expect high details, maybe medium-ish, since game's not running well for PC platforms; it's a perfect example of bad coding.

Still, make sure you update the game to latest patch, there are issues that have been addressed already.
