The specs read as follows:

Output: +3.3V@30/17A,+5V@44/24A,-5V@0.3A,+12V@16/28A,-12@0.8A,+5VSB@2A

Specifically, I need help with the 12v rail. Whats 16/28a mean? Looks like 28 amps, but what's the 16 refer to?

I think it has to do with the shared rails, when you mulitiply out the watts I think you're not supposed to be maxing more than 1 line at a time.
