Open world games lag?

Hello everyone, first of all of my open world games are having some weird lag eg; assassin creed 2/3/4 or far cry 2 or Saints row 2 or Skyrim elder scrolls V.

i just dont understand few weeks ago it was working fine and suddenly it just lag like that....

when i on the game i had to look around the serounding to take away the lag from that part of a game and whenever i go around places it just lag like its loading the map or something.i need a solution to this fast and its really annoying when i had to run around the place lagging just to refresh that part of the map.
I also had 8gb of ram which its impossible to lag like that.

4gb can be addressed and used in 32bit Windows.
  4. i think the problem is your hdd might not be fast enough

look here, some else came to this conclusion

(make sure you are not running much in the background will help

(remember if you games are on the os drive that if your os is doing anything it will slow game down)

For the system, yes, but only 2GB can be addressed for a 32 bit application by default in a 64 bit OS. Unless you use the largeaddressaware linker. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa366778%28v=vs.85%29.aspx
