MW3 and eyefinity

Ok so im basically running 5760x1080 on an amd 6950 direct cuii.
Obviously at this moment in time MW3 does not support eyefinity without it looking Sh*t.

Now I am currently running a seperate program which converts the display to work with eyefinity however it does destroy the graphics (basically it looks like xbox graphics on my middle screen) however the left and right screens retain the shiney graphics.

Is there anything out there which will allow the use of eyefinity without gimping my eye candy.

This is the program which I use, its actually really good apart from the whole graphics gimp, runs smooth with no issues.......but I like my shiny stuff to be...well....shiny
