Best power supply for P4 board?

Ok what is the current best power supply for a P4 board, Socket 478 for now but with view to upgrade. A board requiring major power, eg running heavy multitask, applications, 4 satas, 4 patas, graphics card and possibly some overclocking allowed.

Should ideally by therefore:
1. Have good Amp on 12 v line
2. Have the individual line labelled when connecting
3. Reasonable price
4. Fairly efficient
5. Reasonably quiet

I have read that Qtechnology is not so good? I have a 400W one of these.
Also some of the higher Tagan are supposed to suffer from 'clicking;
So whcih do people think and why?
