hello, how can I set up stuff to always open maximized? Things like folders, internet explorer windows, etc.

Another way with I.E Windows is to stretch the window: drag one top corner of the window to the very top corner then do the same with the opposite bottom corner so it is stretched to full screen, close that window and it should open full screen all the time
