Quiet Server Case Solution?

I'm cobbling together a load of old parts with a bunch of decent HDs to make a server. The only items I will have to purchase are a case and HSF. Any recomendations? This thing will be running 24/7 so I want it as close to silent as I can get it. The components I'll be using:

CPU: P4 2.0A
Mobo: Gigabyte P4 Titan 667 GA-8Sg667 SIS 648+SIS963 AGPSet
Memory: 256mb PC2100
Graphics Card: Old ATI 16mb Rage
Hard drives: 2*WD 72GB Raptors, 2*WD 120GB Caviars
OS: Likely Win Server 2003

Any suggestions?
