I can't seem to turn Pop-Up Blocker off. Selecting "Allow Pop-Ups" doesn't
do it. Please help!

Hi Ed,

The option can be unselected by going to Internet Options - Privacy
tab and un-checking "Block pop-ups. Or you can leave it check and
adjust the Filter Level using the settings button.

Thanks Bert but for some reason every time I try to view a rollover button
that I design and then try to view in PhotoDraw V2 (a Microsoft product) the
pop-up blocker appears. The pop-up blocker is turned off in IE 6.0-SP2. This
never happened before I updated to SP2. Any ideas?
