to estimate your power needs, then add about 50% to allow a good buffer (most PSU's are rated at peak, and are made to run at about 70% of peak).
The Micro ATX case you're considering probably comes with an SFX style power supply (a miniature form of ATX). Newegg lists them as Micro ATX, allong with the PS/3 form factor (go figure), and has some with fairly high output.
