Are there any fanless powersupplies stable enough and powerful enough for a new computer?

The fan in your power supply serves TWO functions, first to cool the power supply, second to pull hot air out of the case! If you go with a fanless power supply, you'll likely have to add another fan to your case to keep the CPU temperature down. And then what's the point?
