hey, i was on the internet and then my internet stopped working and i could
not load any pages, so i restarted my computer. on startup it said windows
has encountered an error and we are sorry for the inconvienence. please
select startup mode. i click on start windows normally and last known good
config... i even tried safe mode and tried to boot from cd rom. nothing
worked... please help. after i choose it just restarts again and asks again
how would you like to start up? so i click normaly and it didnt work it just
restarted so please i need some help.

Hi

If none of those options allow you acces to Windows, you will have to try a
'Repair' install of XP. The following article by Michael Stevens will help
