Have WinXP Home w/SP2. Trying to install HP Laserjet 1012. At end get error
message "Print Processor Does Not Exist". Can't find prior restore point
that corrects this. Have been told that I must completely reinstall the
operating system. Is there any where/way I can find just the "WinXP Print
Processor" and reinstall it?

.. you cannot find the proper restore point that it worked at? then just
restore as far as you can. (if you will not loose to much data) and try re
installing it then.

Thanks Kip, but that doesn't get it. If I can't find a way to reintall just
the print processor component of Win XP, I will have to completely reinstall
Windows - Sp2 and all the subsequent update/fixes.
