when i go to control panel to delete programs it only populates 18 programs
it stops at experience VAIO.any help will be appreciated

This may come from an invalid entry in the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
Check the list. Usually the issue is caused by the entry that follows
the last one displayed in the list.
