Can my pc run Elder scrolls:oblivion ???

My specs are:

-phenom 555 3.2 ghz
-2 gb of ram
-nvidia gt 520 1 gb ddr3

so how high could i up the details and resolution ???

yeah you should be able to run it but at reduced rez and settings. draw distance shouldnt be an issue you should be able to go pretty high on that but only 48 cuda cores will seriously limit the gfx quality in other areas.
