Trying to Find this old PC Game!

Hello,
Yes I was trying to find this game my sister and I used to play as children it was a PC game I believe an ABC children game. Any way I only remember that it have a blue guy who was kind of round (maybe a moon?) I think he was dressed in pajamas and I cannot remember much else but any help would be appreciated.

Was it Pajama Sam? He is the blue guy in the pajamas that acts like a detective. I used to play Pajama Sam and Putt Putt (the car one) when I was younger.
