Audio converter

Looking for a freeware batch audio converter to convert WMA/MP3 files to what ever. All I seem to find is pay ones..

I warezed a few of them to try and wound up buying the IMTOO audio encoder something or other. But during a recent search I stumbled on one that looks really good - FairStars Audio Converter 1.5.3

Neither, just a converstion / different bitrate WMA file. Creative Zen Micro can't play ogg, and I don't even know what .m4a is.

Just reduce quality a little. I'm no audio geek, WMA 128kbps is CD quality to me.
