Greetings. I am using Windows XP (Korean edition). Ever since I installed
SP2 I have been unable to record macros (I had been using EZ macros). I have
downloaded and tested at least half a dozen other programs, but all of them
fail to record mouse movements or the entire program freezes up. I have
called Microsoft in Korea, but they were no help whatsoever, and I contacted
one of the companies (EZ macros), but they e-mailed back that the program
worked well on other computers. I am at a loss of what to do because I need
to use macros. I realize this may a difficult problem to solve, but could
any of the experts out there give me some advice on what I should do?

You have to find out why it freezes up - at least the error (eh, conundrum)
number.
