Greetings, I am far from a pc god or all knowing seer. I know a thing or two, but when it comes to the obvious I lack.

Here is the question. Is my power supply sufficient?

Currently I have a 300w PS.
I am running (well going to quite soon...)

bfg 6800gt oc'd
wd740 raptor
p4 3.0ghz 800fsb hyperthreading if that means anything ;p
kingston 1gig 3200 ddr
Soundblaster audigy

No other thrills, just a basic gaming PC. I am using a crappy Hard drive and a p4 2.4ghz 533fsb. And I have no power problems. But Im curious with the new HD and processor will I need some more power?

If so, I will likely/obviously get a new PSU and a tower. What sites would anyone suggest me getting one from?

I'll take any feedback or info. Thanks

Don

If you have no problems, then power supply is suffiecient...
But I would recommend at least a 400 watt, preferably the Antec TruePower 480 watt.

And the sign says "You got to have a membership card to get inside" Huh
So I got me a pen and paper And I made up my own little sign</pre><p></font color=red>

I doubt it. Do you have blue screen errors or other problems from time to time?
