psu recomendation CONFUSED.

ok, i have been throughly confused by a couple of different fourms, so i thought i would come to you guys for some help, and i would appreciate any imput from you guys.

here is my problem.

I have no idea what psu to buy, i get so many conflicting opinions from people, some say i need a high 12 rail, some say I dont.

anyways..

im getting a
abit an8 mb
1gig (512x2) corsair value ram
6800gt
amd 3500+ (venice core)
one random hdd (havent chosen it yet)
cd/cdrw

I know that is going to be a power hungry system, so im thinking ATLEAST a 450-550 psu

but the amperage confuses the hell out of me.

is there anyway i could get some links to some recomendations....?

and the rail voltage/amperage is sufficent on these two models?

i was hoping around 60$, but if this is about the price i am going ot get for quality, i can handle that.

As long as you dont OC that's not a really power hungry system, only maybe the 6800gt will pull a bit more juice.
I'd think you could get away with 380/400 of a good known manufacturer.
Still 450-550 is a good idea as you might get a more power hungry video card in the future...
