I've been experiencing stuttering in Skyrim whenever I move my mouse. I first thought that it's an issue with the game but after trying Mass Effect 3 demo I noticed the same thing.
However I managed to fix the problem by deleting my videocard drivers and reinstalling them. The problem was gone until I shut down my computer and turned it back on. After that I've been able to fix the stuttering but reinstalling them everytime I boot my computer is very annoying. So does anyone know a permanent fix?
My specs:
AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3.6GHz
Asus AMD Radeon HD 6950 DirectCU II, 2GB
Windows 7 64-bit
XFX Core Edition PRO 550W
Western Digital Caviar Green 2000GB, 64MB, SATA III
Corsair Vengeance Blue DIMM 8GB CL9-9-9-24 DDR3
Asus Sabertooth 990fx motherboard
