I am trying to test some Flash animations and XP Pro won't let me get around
the pop-up blocker. I tried what was suggested in the Help files but that
doesn't seem to work. How can I turn it off, or better, remove it? Thanks.

Assuming your Windows XP installation includes
Service Pack 2 and you do not have a third-party
Internet Explorer toolbar installed with an embedded
Pop-up Blocker:

Open Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Pop-up blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

Carey thanks for your help but something is wrong. I did what you suggested
and then looked for other toolbars in Add/Remove. No other toolbars were
listed. Then I did a Search and found only reference to either Windows,
Netscape and Firefox. IE is still blocking and NN and FF are not. Can you
think of anything else?
