I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the mobo section.

Well the thing is that my +12v was low. Speedfan and MBM were showing that it had 11.19v. Now I have a new PSU and these are the current voltages.

Vcore=1.63
+3.3v=3.28
+5v=5.03
+12v=11.49
-12v=0.72
-5v=5.11
+5vsb=5.43
Vbat=3.20

Are these voltages ok? What might be causing these voltage results? Mobo?

Can you name the PSUs - the former and current one - in order to provide a full diagnosis? 11.49 is not a great number.

New one: FSP AX450-PN (450W) Dual 12v
Old one: HIPRO HP-D2537F3R Rev:02 (250W)

I rarely had some problems with the old one. No crashes or anything with the new one. Even after overworking my PC trying to get an X800 to work. Booted and rebooted PC like 20 times at least in 15hrs.

The application is simply detecting the wrong sensor for -12v, that's common. Your positive voltages look good, those are the important ones.
