How do i sign into my cities xl game on pc through impulse

I can't log in to play Cities XL game on PC. It tell me user name and password, and when I do it it always don't let me log in

could be a problem at there end. email em and ask... make sure you spell the password correctly and the email matches... if you got the pass via email then cut and paste it into the appropriate box.
