slow scrolling!

Hi, I have just installed win xp professional and everything works great
except when i'm on the internet and scrolls down, it goes really slow. Is
there anywhere you can go to make scrolling faster???

I have had a similar problem, I can't remember exactly what I did, but it was
either, 1. I updated my video card driver. 2. I changed the hardware
accelerator.
I don't know if changing those things will help, but I think that helped me.

go to your devices tab in the control panel and you can set scroll speed in
"Advanced Mouse Properties." Also, the software that came w/ the mouse
(unless plug n play only) should have a configuration app somewhere...

Sorry, I always scroll with the wheel on my mouse, so I automatically assumed
you were talking about that.. If using the scroll keys on your keyboard , or
clicking on the arrows; I would look in Control Panel anyway.. There's
several things in there to modify the way Windows looks and acts. Sorry,
thats the best I can do....
