My console connectivity has crashed.

OK, so I have been continuously disconnected from XBL the past 24 hours... I try to sign in, it says "A problem occurred when signing in." I run the connection test and everything passes and connects, but the minute I try to sign in, I get the same error message. So I ran a diagnostic on my router/modem that tests the connectivity to the Xbox, and this was the result:

Ping (ICMP Echo)
Destination:

Number of pings: 4
Status: Test Failed
Packets: 4/4 transmitted, 0/4 received, 100% loss
Round Trip Time: Minimum = 0 ms
Maximum = 0 ms
Average = 0 ms

How do I fix this? It is incredibly frustrating. I have had zero problems up until last night/this morning.

Also, my PS3 won't even connect to the PSN. So my respective consoles will not connect to their respective networks anymore... what in the blue hell is going on with my connection? Keep in mind I am not savvy when it comes to messing with my modem/router (Fios Actiontec MI424WR )... thanks for any and all help.
