Compatible win 7 tv turner

i'm running win 7 64-bit, video card geForce 9600 GT. Is there a TV turner software out there for this card?

You need an actual TV tuner card to convert the Analog or Digital signal for your PC. That video card is to connect your monitor up to the PC and to display images.
