Im wondering if my pc can play battlefield 3?

Memory a little low for the system, but enough:4 Gb DDR3-1333 Dual Channel (max. 16Gb)

at 1080p>
you will be able to play it at high specs with good framerate i think, maybe you can even go to ultra and just do some tweaking (remove aa, and other options);
