What changes should i made to my PC?

hi.i have a Intel[R] Core[TM]2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz 3.00 GB RAM VC Ati Radeon HD 5400 Series 1 GB PC is that enough to play games like GTA IV and FIFA 12 if not What changes should i made?

faster cpu faster gfx faster ram... ie a new pc...

you might be able to play fifa12, but not gta 4 that's for sure.

As hexit said, instead of trying to upgrade the old non-gaming computer in attempt to make it play some games, might as well just build a new computer
