Need help

i have a windows vista pc (laptop version)1790mb ram ati radeon x1200 video card and im trying to play half life and team fortress but it wont run there are know viruses i ran an anti virus scan and i did everything i can think of to fix it and i know my laptop can run it i check. help please.

hello, if you're talking about Half-Life 1 (opposing force, blue shift) then you will be able to play the game.

If you're talking about Half-Life 2, I'm very doubtful you'd be able to play.

TF2 you definitely won't be able to play on that laptop

well i went to "can i run it" and it says that i can run all 3 games

well then why keep up this charade?
unless you're misrepresenting your hardware
x1200 can run hl2 at ~20-30 fps, tf2 is heavily modded source engine so I'd expect it would be around ~10 fps at lowest settings so yeah, you can run, I doubt you'd be able to play it at 10 fps
