Not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but here goes. I WANT TO USE WAKE ON LAN! But it won't work...here is what I'm using:

Gigabyte VA7VRXP motherboard with onboard LAN (I've DISABLED the onboard LAN)

Intel Pro/100 S NIC

NOW, how do I set this all up? I want to be able to turn the PC on from work so that I can access it with remote desktop. Simple enough, right? Wrong. What program do I use at work to wake it up? I've tried pinging it, etc...
I have it set to try to wake up using PME with Magic Packet, and a few others. I've tried it with the cable, and without. Can anyone help me, or at least send me somewhere that can? There seems to be NO good resources about this on the net, and Intel's site has helped SOME, but not a whole lot...

Sometimes you've just GOTTA mess with it...

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!
