Well, actually, there's a difference between M<b>B</b> and M<b>b</b> (megabyte vs. megabit)
10Mbps = 10 megabits per second
100Mbps = 100 megabits per second
10M<b>B</b>ps would be 8 times the speed of 10M<b>b</b>ps (8 bits=1 byte). Network speeds are almost always in terms of M<b>b</b>ps.
But, yes, a 10/100 card is one that works at both speeds.
