Everytime i open minecraft it comes up with the error "Could not create the Java virtual machine". I've tried everything like updating Java, Windows, re-downloading Minecraft and making the .bat file, but nothing seems to work. It used to work but not anymore, i really don't know what went wrong.

Does anyone now how to fix it?

PC Specs:
AMD FX 4100 3.6GHz
Corsair 8GB 1333MHz Ram
XFX ATI Radeon HD 6770 1GB
Windows 7 64bit Home Premium

If you updated Java... I would start by clearing your Java cache.

Second.. or if you dont know how clear the cache.. uninstall Java and do a clean install.

Oh - and third... make sure you using the 32 bit version of Java.

Once you tried that - let us know if it still not fixed

HHmm

Just to be clear... you cleared the browser cache... AND the Java Cache?

Have you confirmed if it the Java... or minecraft which is the broken bit?
Does Java work with other things?

What does the java test installtion tool say?

http://java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp

If Java working - then focus on minecraft....
Have you done clear install (i.e. cleared out your .minecraft folder?) which can be found in hidden folder

e.g. for me its

C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft

HTH

Did you reboot?

I have Re-Installed Minecraft (cleared directory), re-installed JRE, cleared java cache and internet cache. I have update windows 7 and i have rebooted several times. Other programs with Java work just not Minecraft.

Thanks for your help anyway.
