I have an Intel PRO 1000 MT NIC and it's a wonderful card. I want to get another cheaper gibabit network card and have seen some with Marvel and other's with Realtek chips. Which one is better? I did try the Netgear GA302T NIC and it was a disaster. The stupid thing would stop working after a random period of time. I had to reboot and then it worked again. Anyway I sent that thing back. Now am looking for different one.
