Windows xp random reboots

Just recently Windows has been restarting randomly whilst playing
several games. It doesn't happen in every game however, and it never
used to happen until recently.

Upon restart Windows says it has recovered from a serious error with
the ErrorID: 100000d1

I tried disabling the reboot option instead to get the BSOD, however
it is just that ... a blue screen with no error information. Any help
would be much appreciated. I can send minidumps or whatever upon
request.
