Maxed out I highly doubt it.

As he said, low to medium.

I would say low settings since based on what I've read; the Sims 3 actually needs a decent video card unlike the Sims 2. The nVidia 6200 is considered to be very low end. Intel's current HD 2000 and HD 3000 graphic cores are more powerful than the nVidia 6200.
