Skyrim frame rate drops in buildings

Hey guys. I just bought skyrim the other day and its running great (probably high 50s FPS) with the exception of when I enter a building. The frame rate drops considerably. I'm not sure if the same happens in dungeons and other indoor place because I'm not too far into the game yet. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Intel Core i7-2670QM @2.20GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M 1.5GB
12GB RAM

nVidia recently released new drivers. I think about 5-7 days back. It's really perked up performance! See if you have the latest gpu drivers. If you don't, update them and see if it makes a difference.

Have the game run on default setting and have your gpu update to latest version.
