Hey, i have a ASUS P2B-F Motherboard and a Pentium 3 700 processor and my question is how do i O/C it? I tried changing the multiplier, but that didn't work, does anyone else know a way? Please tell me!!!!

Changing the multiplier wont work since P3s are multiplier locked. The only way to OC it would be to up your FSB. If you find it locks up, trying increasing the core voltage also. Be sure to have good cooling and don't push the voltage over 1.9v.

I got my brother a P3700 and successfully overclocked it to 805. You will have to increase the bus speed seeing that the multiplier is locked. I doubt you have any way of increasing the core voltage on that board seeing that Intel has their CPUs autodetect the core voltage. You may not get as much out of it as I did. I am using a SOYO motherboard which allows increasing the core voltage. I set it to 115MHz bus x 7 multiplier = 805MHz. Your peripherials may not like the higher bus...you will have to experiment.
