Graphical issues with crysis 2.

Hi, I've been playing crysis 2 for a while and i notice some graphical issues in the road rage mission. When i walk in that map, i notice some graphical distortion mostly on the road. Some parts of the surface on the road will actually be blinking when i walk closer to it. did anyone out there experienced this problems? Any ideas on how to fix this it? Anyway, i am using a gtx 560 non ti card.

Can I uninstall crisis and reinstall it? I am using a disc with the mutiplayer licences on it. Do u think the mutiplayer mode will work in I reinstall it?

Reinstalling will not fix anything, make sure your game is updated to the latest versions 1.9 if i'm not mistaken, also go to the Geforce Website to download your Graphics card Latest Drivers:
