I've developed a problem where InstallShield does not work on my system. If
I try and install or uninstall programs which use it, the InstallShield icon
pops open for a second, then goes away. InstallShield says contact the
vendor but I've done this with the last two things I've tried to
install--Apple Itunes and Motorola Phone Tools--and the vendor was clueless.
This also prevents me from uninstalling old programs which use InstallShield.
Any idea of what would conflict with this? Thanks.I've developed a problem
