Processes and services

How do you turn the processes and services on to make them keep running again. I stopped essential some services and processes so I need to make them to run again.

P.S My PC is Windows 7

Just type Services in the search bar in the start menu, It should find a gear looking icon called services, that program should list all of the services you computer can run, and you just need to find them and enabled the ones you disabled.
Also a reboot will bring back most of the essential services, as long as they are setup to start up with windows.
