Each time I log off IE, the pop up blocker goes from enable checked to
disable. Each time I open IE I have to reenable pop blocker under
tools/internet options/privacy and re checking block popups. Also tried
tools/popup blocker/turn on. Next time IE is opened pop up blocker is diabled
again.
