when I try to play a video clip from the internet in Internet Explorer, Firefox, winamp, and windows media player, I get the following error message: "x" program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I usually don't send the error mesage to microsoft. But the problem is usually with the "exe" file of the above programs. Everything thing on my computer is up to date. Actually it's a brand new system. Sometimes I can get a particualr clip to play, but after it plays and i want to replay it, I get the error mesage.

Can anyone help me out. The problem occurs on multiple sites, not just one.

Thanks
