Intel i5- 2450M @ 2.50 GHz

Well your cpu can handle all games, but since you only have a integrated videocard. Games like F.E.A.R., Call of Duty 1,2,&4, CnC generals, Left4Dead, Conflict Global Storm, and a few other old games will be playable. You should try grab atleast a GTS450 and you'll be able to play games like Skyrim, NFS the Run, Battlefield3, MW3 and Black Ops, etc.......
